Current Solution
The current pilot is a web-based application (rampmaster.us) that:

Integrates with Swissport’s internal Flight Service Capture (FSC)

Uses OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to scan printed office schedules

Automatically detects schedule grids, maps fields, and normalizes data
-
Merges OCR data with FSC data into a single consolidated dataset
-
Transforms consolidated schedule data into separate operational events
(e.g., arrivals, departures) -
Orders events by actual occurrence time, improving clarity and usability

Fills missing remarks and resolves data gaps between systems
This pilot version has already demonstrated value by reducing ambiguity and improving access to up-to-date operational information.
